What This Retreat Is
This is not a tourist spectacle. It's a focused training retreat in a real academy where Chinese and international students train year-round.
Over 12 days, you'll follow genuine Shaolin routines — basics, stance work, forms, internal practice — and experience Chinese culture through calligraphy, tea ceremony, language, philosophy, and guided visits to historic temples and grottoes.
Whether you are starting from zero or building on an existing practice, the masters at Shaolin Yongzhi will adapt the training to your level while keeping the discipline and spirit of traditional Shaolin.
Organised by
Shaolin Yongzhi Traditional Martial Arts Academy (Dengfeng, China)
in collaboration with Shaolin Worldwide.
Once your deposit is received, we'll email next steps and the remaining balance payment timeline.
