Before you book

Retreat questions, answered

Do I need any experience?

No. Our retreats welcome all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Masters adapt the training so you progress at your own pace.

How fit do I need to be?

You don't need to be an athlete. Training builds your strength and stamina over the retreat, and you're encouraged to rest when you need to. If you have any medical concerns, just let us know in advance.

Do I need a visa?

For the China retreat, most international visitors need a tourist visa. Once you've secured your place, we guide you through the details and provide any documents you need for your application.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included, so you can book the route that suits you best. Accommodation, meals, training and airport transfers (China) are all included. We'll advise on the best arrival airport and timing.

How do the deposit and balance work?

A $500 deposit secures your place. The remaining balance is due before the retreat begins (for London, by Nov 10, 2026). The deposit reserves your limited spot and is non-refundable.

What should I bring?

Comfortable training clothes, trainers, a water bottle and an open mind. We'll send a full packing list and everything you need to prepare once you're registered.

Is there an age limit?

Retreats are open to adults of all ages. If you'd like to bring a younger family member or have specific requirements, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
